Services

The Clerk of Courts is the keeper of the criminal records for the Blair County Court of Common Pleas. In addition to the criminal records we also maintain the files for summary appeals, juvenile court records, oaths of office, financial statements of townships and boroughs, private detective roster, constable bonds and road and bridge ordinances.
