Election Dates

Friday, March 14 - 1:00PM -Casting of Lots for ballot placement held in the Commissioner's meeting room - basement of Courthouse. Candidate does not need to be present. Results posted to website.

Tuesday, March 18 - Last day to file objections to nomination petitions with the Prothonotary's Office. Courtesy copy must be delivered to Election Office.

Wednesday, March 26 - Last day for withdrawal by candidates who filed nomination petitions

Monday, May 5 - Last day to register or change your party, name or address

Friday, May 9 - 2nd Friday Pre-Primary Campaign Finance Report due

Tuesday, May 13 - Last day to apply for a mail-in ballot. Office is open until 5pm.

Tuesday, May 20 - Municipal Primary Election

Friday, June 20 - 30 Day Post-Primary Campaign Finance Report due. (Election office is closed on June 19th)

Campaign Finance Documents & Forms

Act 2020-15, which was signed into law on April 20, 2020, allows for unsworn declarations for campaign finance reports and campaign finance statements filed by political committees, candidates for public office and contributing lobbyists.

Filers must physically sign and date their report or statement cover sheet. Reports can be emailed to sseymour@blairco.org by 11:59pm on the date due or dropped off at the Election office by 4:00pm on the due date. These forms can be found below:
