Rules

AS OF AUGUST 30, 2021 A NEW LAW REQUIRES ALL BIDDERS TO PRE-REGISTER BEFORE ANY TAX SALE.  Registration form links are below.

Please review the conditions of sale, for any upcoming tax sales, before coming to the sale.

NO late bidders will be allowed access after the sale starts.

Sale Schedule

Pending Scheduled Sales for 2024 are as follows: 

June 18, 2025 - Judicial Sale (Pre-Registration ends June 6, 2025)

September 17, 2025 - Upset Tax Sale (Pre-Registration ends                                                        September 5, 2025)   

Please note you MUST be through security & checked in by 8:50 AM. 


Delinquent Real Estate Taxes

Payment Information

  • As of April 1st of every year - No personal checks will be accepted as payment on any property that is 2 or more year’s delinquent in real estate taxes. Only cash, money orders and certified checks will be accepted.
  • If you are only 1 year delinquent in real estate taxes, you may use a personal check for payment until April 1st of the following year.
  • The office will continue to accept one-time installment payment plans for qualified delinquent taxpayers who have not defaulted on prior agreements.

Questions concerning your current taxes should be directed to your local tax collector whose contact information can be accessed from the Assessment Office page.
