Valley View Park Rentals

**RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE NO LESS THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO WHEN YOUR EVENT IS TO TAKE PLACE. ANY RESERVATIONS REQUESTED AFTER THIS TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED.**

Pavilion Rentals

All pavilions have access to water and electric service.  Pavilion use is on first come first serve basis, if not posted with a reserved sign. They are available for rent for $70.00 a day.

   Amphitheater Rental

    The Amphitheater has access to water and electric service. It is available for rent for      $100.00 a day. 

RULES AND REGULATIONS


The following Rules and Regulations have been established to help ensure the safety and pleasure for all park visitors.  Please be considerate of those around you and to those who will be using the facilities after you.  Violation of these Rules and Regulations will result in the immediate suspension of your function and removal from the park without refund of any fees that may have been paid for use of the facilities.  Thank you for your cooperation in abiding with the established Rules and Regulations.

  1. Valley View Park is open between 8 am and dusk from May 1 until October 31. In the event of an electrical storm or other potential or existing hazardous condition, Valley View Park may be closed, in which event your permit fee will be refunded.
  2. No refunds on rental fees. If Permit Holder cancels within (two (2) weeks of rental, rental may be rescheduled to another available date and time.
  3. Vehicles are permitted at the Pavilion or Amphitheater for unloading and loading purposes only. No parking is permitted along the access roads or near the various athletic fields. All vehicles shall be parked at the designated parking areas.
  4. Licensed vehicle operators shall obey posted speed limits and shall only use roads and parking areas open to public traffic, unless otherwise directed by the County.
  5. Operation of non-licensed motorized vehicles or all-terrain vehicles (ATV's) shall not be permitted anywhere in Valley View Park with the exception of foot-pedaled bicycles, which may be operated on trails.
  6. No alcoholic beverages are permitted.
  7. No boisterous, indecent or illegal conduct permitted. Use of electric generators prohibited.
  8. Trash/garbage shall be handled by Permit Holder on a carry-out basis. All trash/garbage shall be removed by the Permit Holder upon leaving. The County reserves the right to assess a trash removal fee, depending on the volume of trash not removed ($25.00 minimum) against the Permit Holder for failure to remove trash. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for costs of collection for failure to pay the fee within thirty (30) days of written notice of the assessment of the fee ($250.00 minimum).
  9. Do not remove molest, injure or damage anything natural within Valley View Park nor any physical facility erected at Valley View Park. The County reserves the right to assess fees for damage caused in violation of this provision (cost of repair; $25.00 minimum) plus costs of collection for failure to pay the fee within thirty (30) days of written notice of the assessment of the fee ($260.00 minimum). Wildlife shall not be fed, hunted, pursued, molested or intentionally disturbed.
  10. No open fires. No carry-in grills permitted at Valley View Park; may only use Park grill. Charcoal remains in Park grill must remain within Park grill for removal by Park Groundskeeper.
  11. Solicitation for any purpose including the posting of signs is prohibited. The distribution, sales, servicing or rental of any supplies, equipment, material and/or commodity is prohibited.
  12. Firearms, archery equipment, air guns, slingshots, fireworks or explosives may not be brought into or used or discharged in Valley View Park,
  13. Pets are permitted so long as they are attended to and remain on a leash not exceeding six (6) feet in length AT ALL TIMES. Animal waste must be picked up and carded out as with garbage/trash.
  14. In addition to payment of the Permit Fees (1) organized instruction, exhibition, competition, demonstration or special events open to the general public; or (2) use of bounce houses, trampolines or similar type items require prior written approval from the County including meeting the County's insurance requirements prior to the event.
