Lien Certification Information
You can now save time and money by ordering your lien certifications online via the following link:
The fee to use online ordering is $5.00 for the Lien Certification plus the service fee charge for your Credit/Debit Card. We ONLY accept credit cards for online ordering. If you come into our office to obtain your lien certification you will have to pay by Cash, Check or Money Order Only.
If you need a Certification for a Mobile Home you must come into the office and request those. The Department of Transportation requires a special form for mobile homes. The fee for this is still $5.00 by Cash, Check or Money Order.
If you mail your requests into our office for your lien certificates please note you must provide us with the following:
Current Owner's Name, Map Number, Control Number and the Situs Location. You must also include a self-addressed, stamped envelope back to yourself. If you do not provide the envelope we will not be able to process your request. Also, please note that WE WILL NOT fax or email any lien certificates. If you choose to process your certificates by mail you will have to wait for them to be returned to you by which ever return mail process you send in with your request.
